Context

Time and space can be easily occupied. Time is intangible, colorless, and tasteless, relying solely on our experiences and feelings. Unable to see, touch and smell, Chen Wenqin pondered how to transmit time into visible and tactile artworks. Like clouds, drifting with the wind, briefly solidified, presenting beautifully; Like ribbons, flowing clouds and flowing water, endless, effortlessly captured. This is the trajectory of time, the movement of substance in space.

Chen Wenqin uses sculpture to record the trajectory of substance movement stay at a fixed point in time. But it seems that it is still moving and never stops. The relationship between sculpture fixed presentation and Instantaneous dynamics, it leaves a think to the audience about when to start, when to end, where to start and where to end. Let all things have life in four-dimensional space, it echoes his artistic idea of "everything has life, life is in everywhere".
